The RingCentral Partner Event 2025 brought together partners and stakeholders from across Australia for a multi-day conference and networking program on Hamilton Island.

JC Marketing & Events Management was engaged to support the accommodation and conference logistics components of the event, working closely with the RingCentral team to ensure a seamless experience for attendees throughout the program.

Overview

With delegates travelling from multiple locations, JCME managed accommodation allocations, rooming requirements, attendee movements and venue coordination, acting as a central point of contact between attendees, the venue and event stakeholders. In addition, the team coordinated conference space requirements and supported the operational management of meeting environments across the duration of the program.

Through proactive planning and detailed logistical coordination, JC Marketing & Events Management helped create a smooth and well-managed experience for both attendees and organisers, allowing the RingCentral team to focus on content delivery, partner engagement and strategic objectives throughout the event.
