The NiCE ANZ End of Year Celebration 2023 brought together more than 400 employees, partners and guests aboard The Jackson for a casino-themed evening on Sydney Harbour. Designed to celebrate the achievements of the ANZ business, the event combined premium hospitality, live entertainment and immersive guest experiences within one of Sydney’s most iconic venues.

Working closely with the NiCE team, JC Marketing & Events Management delivered the event from concept through to execution, transforming the vessel into a vibrant casino-inspired environment complete with custom gaming tables, bespoke branded casino chips and interactive entertainment throughout the evening.

Guests enjoyed roaming canapés, premium beverages, live music and a variety of entertainment experiences while taking in Sydney Harbour’s world-famous backdrop. The combination of immersive theming, premium hospitality and engaging entertainment created an energetic atmosphere that encouraged networking, celebration and connection.
